With more frequency I see content scrapers subscribe to security orientated blog feeds, simply to draw traffic to their own pages which link to Rogue anti-spyware programs.

FeedEntryHeader is a useful WordPress plugin, allowing you to add a copyright statement with a link to the original article, at the top of your feed entries.

Ive seen a increase in these Blogs lately too.
I have Google Alerts set up for keywords like spyware, ect. and when I check em out, I notice right away that they are set up to profit from malicious programs.
Usually a give away is the length of time they have been up.

Lorelle Vanfossen has an informative article about content theft for those who need advice.

One comment stuck out as the poster left a link to his splog of yet another person’s blog, trying to draw traffic to his own fake blog advertising AdwareAlert. Bleh.
Same company as spywarebot.xxx, which exploits the name Spybot Search & Destroy, a legitimate and popular free program.

AdwareAlert was delisted but;
