1 mattie house 07.27.08 at 7:30 am: so we figured out recently that we will probably never get our money back from this bogus company right! that took over 100.00 dollars from our credit card. we cant figure out what happened to our computer that day all we saw was their stupid pop ups stating that our computer was infected and we werent even able to get into our mailboxes that day. does anybody know their customer service billing number. even though they advertise money back guarantee why are they able to get away with this? Should I report it to the BBB and does this mean they can see everything that we are doing on our computer now. I am concerned.
